Following Scale AI’s deal with Meta, Uber has announced its expansion into an AI data-labelling platform focused on training AI models for clients globally through Uber AI Solutions. Uber is expanding its AI services by offering ready-to-use datasets (such as audio, video, images and text) to companies training AI models. Additionally, Uber now assists clients in building AI agents for tasks such as customer support. Launched in 2024, Uber AI Solutions now operates in over 30 countries and aims to automate workflows.
