Glovo riders protested against the reduction of fuel reimbursement per kilometre. Nidil Cgil also demanded that the company abolish the possibility of delivery to the floor, that tips be visible to the workers themselves and not just to the company, that the maximum waiting time in the restaurant for an order be reduced to five minutes and that waiting time in the restaurant be paid at 15 cents per minute.
