LA County specifically cited Grubhub's alleged practices of misrepresenting delivery fees, advertising free online ordering, using its driver support fee to subsidise a benefit for which most workers are not eligible, ranking search results based on a merchant's marketing spend without disclosure, and issuing refunds to consumers without notifying restaurants even when restaurants are not responsible for problems with the order.Taxi licence holders in Córdoba protested against ride-hailing apps, citing unfair competition against local taxi drivers.
