The bill presented to the Executive Assembly in early May states that “the Executive Power, under regulations, may establish measures to eliminate oversupply in terms of the number of drivers authorized in general to provide the transportation of people.”
Someone disagrees with this claim: there are concerns regarding the limit this initiative could put on drivers’ numbers enabled to work.
If the proposed bill by the government of Rodrigo Chaves is approved, Uber and DiDi drivers would have to meet a list of requirements.
