The Antitrust and Consumer Protection regulator (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) ratified a fine of 1,245 million pesos (258,000 dollars) to the Rappi application for failing to deliver, generating double charges to users and allowing the delivery of alcoholic beverages to minors.
The delivery application said it would pay the fine within the required terms and assured that it respects local regulations.
