The Constitutional Court will review the ruling of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM) that prevents Auro from operating with various VTC platforms.
Auro currently has 1,100 VTC licenses in Madrid, 15% of the 7,000 that work in the capital, and it intends that the courts allow them to operate with companies such as Uber or Bolt.
It could severely blow Cabify's business model if favorable to Auro's interests.
