Uber, Wolt, and Glovo riders, in cooperation with academics from the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Wrocław, presented a Manifesto to the Polish government, including an analysis of the adverse social effects of the platform model and demanding specific changes.
The Manifesto aims at granting platform workers fundamental rights, such as earning stability, guaranteed union rights, paid leave, and more transparent algorithms.
