The Slang USB union has announced public meetings in Milan and Turin against the precariousness of Uber Eats 8,000 riders' work instability.
Uber Eats will drop out of the market in mid-July, and has emailed workers to inform them.
Riders are not protected in any way. Uber Eats neither guarantees them severance pay nor unemployment benefits.
