In the final ruling of the case "Sindicato de Peones de Taxis de la Capital Federal Y OTROS CONTRA MINISTRO DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y TRANSPORTE Y OTROS SOBRE OTRAS DEMANDAS CONTRA AUTORIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA," Judge Víctor Trionfetti, in charge of the Administrative, Tax and Consumer Relations Court No. 15 of Buenos Aires, established that Uber violates a series of fundamental regulations.
The Government's actions were correct in carrying out traffic controls that prevented the activity of the mobility company. The ruling rejected all the claims directed against the City Government by the subclasses of "laborers, drivers, taxi owners, and companies in the sector." The Sindicato de Peones de Taxis de la Capital Federal represents them.
