Taxi drivers from all over Barcelona occupied the city centre to protest against the "transport criminals" Uber, Cabify, and Bolt.
They said the law on taxi services, which dates back to 2003 when ride-hailing services didn't exist, needed to be updated.
For its part, Cabify complained about the restrictions on its services while waiting for a VTC law.
